Meet the LINX Theater Team


Joe Kahn

Owner and Founder

Joe is the owner and founder of LINX, LLC. Before starting LINX, Joe worked as a financial consultant for KCI (acquired by FTI) and worked for McKinsey & Co in Boston; he was the COO/CFO of an eldercare startup and did some turnaround work as well. Drawing on his business experience, his passion for teaching and desire to help children expand their interests, in LINX Joe has created an innovative enrichment environment of classes and camps in which children explore and experience new things and learn along the way. He has proven that children learn and retain experiences most notably in a fun based environment, which is the hallmark of LINX. Joe is a board member of Camp Casco, which provides free camp experiences for children with cancer. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Management, with a minor in Computer Science, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). Joe is married and the proud father of two daughters.


Todd Morse

Creative Director and Campus Director

Todd is the Creative Director for LINX and LINX Camps. After graduating from Boston College and establishing a reputation for innovative work in youth theater and camp, Todd joined LINX in 2006. He helped shape the LINX Theater formula of allowing all actors to shine on stage by producing small cast shows that allow greater one-on-one exploration with the director. In his current role as Creative Director, Todd helps develop and supports many LINX and LINX Camps initiatives. During the school year, Todd also instructs programs that focus on teaching creativity. When camp is in session, Todd works as the Site Director of the Linden Street Campus.


Arielle Chernoff-Lamb

Theater Director

Arielle is a Theater Director at LINX. Before coming to LINX, she worked as an actor, educator, director, and designer. Arielle founded the off-Broadway indie-theatre company Wyrd Theatre, and had a management and teaching position at The Viera Studio for the Performing Arts in Melbourne, Florida. She co-authored and published the bi-lingual play "Excuse My French: a One Woman Show." Arielle has a BFA in Acting from Emerson College.


AnneMarie Alvarez

Theater Team Leader

AnneMarie is a Theater Director at LINX. Before coming to LINX, she taught and directed at theaters, schools, and camps across Massachusetts. AnneMarie also serves as the Director of Development and Media to The FUDGE Theatre Company. She is a graduate of Emerson College with a B.A. in Theatre Education and an emphasis in Musical Theatre.


Carrie Klimeczko

Music and Movement Specialist

Carrie is an Instructor at LINX. She received a Masters of Music degree from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee with an emphasis in Theatre and Dance.


Samantha Kirk

Samantha is a Theater Instructor at LINX and a Counselor at LINX Camps. She is a student at Merrimack College studying Elementary Education.


Alexandra Cadete

Customer Service Team and Theater Instructor

Alexa is a Theater Instructor and a member of the Customer Service Team at LINX. Before coming to LINX, Alexa has professional experience in acting, props, costuming, stage management, directing, and performing. Alexa attended the A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts and graduated from Green Mountain College with a BA in English and Performing Arts.


Chloe Norris

Customer Service Specialist

Chloe is a leader on the Customer Service Team at LINX, providing exceptional service and communication to all members of LINX and LINX Camps. She also teaches science classes at LINX during the school year to help children learn and explore the world around them, and crafting classes that build creativity and unique problem-solving skills in young artists. Before coming to LINX, Chloe worked at the YMCA where she led her own enrichment based before and after-school program during the school year. During the summer she spent her time as the STEAM Director within the YMCA summer camp programs. Chloe holds a BS in Youth Development.


Lisa Gatto

Executive Coordinator

Lisa is Executive the Coordinator at LINX. Before coming to LINX, Lisa worked with younger children and their caregivers in discussion groups, directed child development programs at Isis Parenting, and worked as a Child Life Specialist at Boston Children's hospital. Lisa graduated from Wheelock College with a bachelor's in Human Growth and Development.


Jake Haas

Chief Technology Officer

Jake is the Chief Technology Officer at LINX. He is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute.


Michelle Farrell

Associate Director of LINX Camps

Michelle (Meesh) Farrell is the Associate Director of LINX Camps. Along with over four years of experience at LINX, Meesh brings her extensive background in directing children’s enrichment programs and passion for delivering superior customer service to the team. Meesh is a proven leader in youth services and loves on-boarding and training new team members to be strong, encouraging and supportive role models for our campers. Everyday Meesh brings her creativity and drive to create inclusive programs designed to unite and empower a diverse camper population. Meesh is a graduate of Framingham State University.
